At ABSteak, Chef Back stays true to his take on cultural merging, mixing flavors and tastes of his Korean origin along with a variety of other cuisines in an exotic fashion.


ABSteak specializes in dry aged premium meat ranging from 30 days up to 60 days. Longer dry aging means more concentrated flavor, sharper aroma similar to aged cheese and meaty texture. Chef Akira Back suggests to enjoy our steaks with our various homemade salts and condiments to enhance the flavor.
